Receptionist - PART TIME

Department: ATL-Ten Rep
Location: Atlanta, GA

A Retail Real Estate Company located in the Galleria area of Atlanta, GA is currently seeking an experienced Part Time Receptionist. Candidates should be outgoing with an upbeat personality and able to multitask, manage calendars and handle a wide range of administrative tasks. Top candidates must have experience in a professional front office setting.  The hours of the position will be from 1:30pm to 7pm, Monday Friday.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet all visitors
  • Distribute all incoming/outgoing mail/faxes
  • General filing
  • Schedule meetings
  • Creating and maintaining office documents such as reports and data sheets
  • Type company correspondence
  • Assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed
  • Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area
  • Maintain Office records and files, including designing and maintaining filing systems and establishing procedures for maintaining records.


Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

  • Punctual and dependable
  • MUST HAVE 2-4 years of Receptionist experience in a corporate environment
  • MUST BE able to operate a multiline phone system or switchboard
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attentive to details
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse personalities in all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside vendors and clients, by maintaining objectivity and demonstrating maturity
  • Ability to multi-task well
  • Exhibit high level of professionalism at all times, even in stressful situations
  • Grace and ability to maintain composure in stressful or rapidly changing situations
  • Professional decorum and a command of telephone etiquette
