TSCG, a privately held commercial real estate company, is currently seeking an intern in our Vienna office, Property Management department, for the summer of 2026.

The intern will support our Property Management department and will rotate through different roles within the team to gain exposure to core PM functions. This rotation will allow the intern to observe daily operations while contributing to short-term projects and administrative needs.

General Information:

• Term: June 2026 - July 2026 (start date/end date is flexible)
• Compensation: Paid ($15/hr)
• Hours: 20 hours/week

Duties (includes, but not limited to):

• Organizing and maintaining current online files and folders within our PM systems.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, preparing forms, and assembling basic property documentation.
• Shadowing PMs and APMs on select activities, including property walk-throughs, vendor visits, and routine tenant service interactions.
• Supporting coordination for routine vendor services (confirming schedules, logging completion, updating notes).
• Providing general departmental support where needed during peak workflow periods.
